All official CD´s come with the original artwork and cover, including a jewel-case in most cases.
All CDR´s come in a safety sheet, with no artwork and no jewel-case. You can download all covers for the CDR´s here.
(In order to print out the artwork in the right format you need to have a pixelprogram such as Photoshop, Paintshop, PhotoImpact or the like, and make sure that the resolution is set to 150dpi...).
